Requesting badword script

Good evening sp00fed board.

I wanted to start a protection bot and looking for a Badword script.
What it should do:

1. Trigger change possible e.g.: set request(trigger) "?"
2. set request(trigger) badadd/baddel/badlist - maybe /msg too, in order to avoid spam
3. Spamcheck ( Protection against to fast Trigger use)
4. First Warn then Kickban for changeable minutes
5. output Message to the User that S/he knows why
6. i forgot: Protection for ops/voiced enable or disable - 0/1
7. Something important to consider??

Thanx very much for the hint, buts all not what im looking for. And to be honest i am not a scripter, thats why im posting here the request, so i hope sb can and is willing to help me.
