Advertising script

This is how i want it to work:
!addadvert 1(Whats the number of the advert) 30 (30 that means it will show up every 30 min) this is an advertisement , then i can add advert 2, 3, 4, 5 and so on.
if i want to see all advertisements i have going on right now i can just write !advertisements in the admin channel and the bot will tell me:
1:30 min:This is an advertisement
do deleate this advertisement i can write this in admin channel: !addvertdel 1 or 2 or 3 and so on.
if i write !advertchan then i can see what channels the bot is "spamming" the channels with.
and i can also del and add advert channels with those commands:
!advertaddchan #channel
!advertdelchan #channel

BTW: I'll just use this script on the channels I am allowed to, and i have approval from. ( going to use this for my company bot)

i have tried it, didnt work for me :O and i want it to auto message all the time, no so i have to add times it should be saying.

Okay. I will try to dig more deeply into the requirements.

I'll post an answer as soon as I find something similar to your needs. It's better off looking for existing scripts than coding them
