Only Users matching host can join a channel

Hello. I am looking for a Script that bans User form a Chan that are not matching a host that is added to a n eggdrop
I had one in the past, using also a html File, but i dont know anymore where to get this.
Well, maybe any of you has something similiar i am looking for?! Thanks

keepout.tcl by slennox, should do the trick, but there is no html file.
